The Mortgage Group (Kameron and his team) were phenomenal with my home buying purchase a few weeks ago. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and unsure of the process. I started off with a different company/lender at first, who didn't deliver or live up to what they said. 48 hours to my closing date, scared that I may loose this house and I was introduced to Kameron from The Mortgage group. I started the process over with a more professional company and it's the best choice I've ever made. I didn't loose my earnest deposit on the house, did a 2 week extension on the closing date, and within a few days I was "clear to close". The magic words we wait for became a reality with Kameron's expertise. Very satisfied with the transparency and confidence I experienced. We were done, the buyers lender messed up the paperwork and two days before closing we got the word, “sorry, closing has been canceled, these things happen, FHA is tough, blah, blah, blah.” Turns out, it didn’t just happen, the original loan officer did not complete the required documents and it fell through as a result. Enter, Kameron Senemar. Our realtor connected him to the buyers. In 6 days, we had a clear to close. We went from devastated to elated. His tireless work on the file and his constant communication with us, I knew he would get it done. It’s rare when tenacity meets talent, Kam has both. We are big fans and if you are on the fence, at least give him a shot. He will make it happen.

I crossed paths with Kameron on the 29th day of a 30-day home purchase escrow in which he was not involved. He came into the fold at 10pm of that day 29 to save a deal that was seemingly dead. FHA, no less. Closed within two weeks of that day and smoothly. He's a "Winston Wolf" in the world of home loans. I have the utmost confidence that he can bring any deal to the finish line and will be happy to bring him future clientele.
